Cava Jaume Serra Brut
A delicate and elegant cava with a full, round body and very fine pearls. A shhiny straw-yellow color, intensely aromatic, very fresh and retains its fruity flavors. It is a well-balanced sparkling wine, broad, lively with a nice acidity.
Macabeo, Parellada, Xarello- Catalunya
Horgelus Colombard
If you really want to know my absolute favourite white whine, I don’t have to hesitate a second: Horgelus!
Not well known, but a rising star amongst wine lovers. Just start by smelling the wine, you will be blown away. An extremely fresh wine, with notes of green apple, citrus and apricot. A pleasant marriage between fresh and crunchy acids and fruity aromas.
75 % Colombard – 25 % Sauvignon Blanc – Gascogne
Cofrade
A very firm, dry Rioja. A match for robust wine lovers. A ruby colour for a solid wine. Plum and berry aroma fall flat on the back end, with a nice finishing feel and flavors.
Tempranillo – Rioja.
Good to know…
Our winehouse severely selects wines, which they conserve in the basement of a formerly ‘ice company’. A natural and perfect way to handle these precious ‘treasures’.
